Eligibility for Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@primepronation.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customs and Duties

• We do not offer refunds for items delayed or held by customs. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
